Partner. Nicolas Vryghem served as merger and acquisition manager
and later on as investment manager in private equity at BNP-Paribas from
1996 to 2000. He was responsible for investments in ICT and in the biotechnology
sector and served on the Board of Directors of several companies, actively
coaching the management in terms of business development and strategic
issues: consolidating the business through acquisitions at European level,
promoting internal growth opportunities, raising € 35 million capital
on the public stock exchange, preparing for IPO, leading a transnational
merger of € 120 million. At Arthur Andersen he served 4 years as
business consultant responsible for organizational re-engineering and
business planning. Today, Nicolas Vryghem is founding partner of Value
for Growth, a biotech and ICT venture coaching services company. Nicolas
Vryghem is a graduate in commercial engineering from the Solvay Business
School, Belgium and holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
