Preferred Investment Stage. Our focus is on early-stage opportunities, primarily at the seed and first institutional rounds. We prefer to lead these rounds and are willing to invest alone or with others. Mara will make the greatest contribution at two stages: first, at the time of 'conception', where a technology or product idea needs to crystallize into a business model/plan and second, at the early inflection points in a company's development, such as financing rounds, identification of corporate partners and expansion of operations internationally.
