Sector Focus. Our primary interests lie in the fast-growing bio-pharmaceuticals area in both drug discovery and later stage drug development. We would like to see managers and product-based businesses that have the potential of becoming leaders in their field. We do not restrict our investments to this area however and will consider a wide variety of technologies with applications in the biomedical sciences, including chemical genomics, miniaturization of drug discovery, proteomics with unique content for protein chips and biochip-based diagnostics, computer-assisted drug design.
